Pinnacle Bank Arena Project

Midwest Door & Hardware supplied door hardware for aluminum storefront and entrance systems at Pinnacle Bank Arena, a signature civic project developed for the City of Lincoln and the University of Nebraska. The arena serves as a major regional venue for concerts, events, and Nebraska basketball, anchoring the revitalization of Lincoln’s Haymarket District.

The project team included M.A. Mortenson Company (partnered with Hampton Enterprises) as general contractor and DLR Group as architect, along with a highly coordinated group of engineering and trade partners. Built on a constrained site between active railway lines, the arena required an innovative “inside-out” construction approach and extensive use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) to maintain schedule and accuracy.
