Keeping openings working after turnover
A commercial door takes more abuse than anything else in the building. Closers lose their adjustment, latches stop catching, hinges sag under traffic, and a lost key turns into a security problem. Most of it is fixable without replacing the door.
We adjust and repair doors, frames and hardware, replace the parts that have worn out, and key locks into new or existing master key systems. Because we supply the same product lines, we can usually match what is already on the opening.
What we service
Adjustments & hardware swaps
Doors that bind, latch short or fail to close. Closers, locksets, hinges and exit devices replaced with hardware that matches the opening.
Installation through trusted installers
On small and midsize jobs we arrange installation with third-party installers we trust and work with regularly.
Annual preventative maintenance
A yearly pass over the openings to confirm proper closing and sealing, keeping the building in code compliance and out of surprise repairs.
Keying & master key systems
Rekeys, cylinder changes and full master key systems for schools, offices and hospitals — documented for whoever maintains it next.
Where we work
Adjustments, repairs and keying we handle ourselves, and for that work we stay close to home: Lincoln, North Platte and parts of the Omaha metro.
Installation on small and midsize jobs goes to trusted third-party installers we work with regularly. We do not install on larger projects. Those are normally handled by the general contractor's own crew, or by an installer the contractor hires to set our products along with the rest of the building's items.
