Timpte Trailer Assembly Center

Midwest Door & Hardware was selected by Schwisow Construction to provide doors, frames, and hardware for the Lincoln Manufacturing Center — a new 190,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility for Timpte, Inc. that opened in spring 2025. The project consolidated Timpte’s Lincoln operations into a modern industrial hub that houses Thunderstone Manufacturing, equipment trailer production lines, and the company’s national parts distribution center.

Built to support expanded manufacturing and distribution capacity, the facility represents a significant investment in Nebraska’s industrial landscape, with the ability to grow operations and workforce in the years ahead. Our team supplied durable hollow metal doors, frames, wood door assemblies, and security hardware designed for heavy industrial use — all tailored for long-term performance, code compliance, and reliable operation in a high-traffic production environment.
