Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital Expansion

Midwest Door & Hardware provided doors, frames, and hardware for the expansion and renovation of Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital’s Lincoln Campus, a multi-phased project that included both new construction and significant updates to existing patient care spaces. The work was delivered in partnership with Sampson Construction and continued to evolve as the campus expanded over time.

Our team supplied materials for over 500 openings, including hollow metal and laminate wood door assemblies selected to meet the durability, safety, accessibility, and code requirements of a specialized healthcare environment. Door and hardware solutions were coordinated across both new and renovated areas to maintain consistency of performance and appearance throughout the facility. Ongoing collaboration with Sampson Construction helped ensure smooth integration as project phases progressed and scopes expanded.
