Midwest Door & Hardware provided doors, frames, and hardware for Tabitha at Prairie Commons, a senior living and supportive care community in Grand Island, Nebraska designed to offer a welcoming, residential-style environment. The project was delivered by Chief Construction, and required careful coordination across a large, multi-use facility.

Our team supplied over 400 door assemblies and provided hardware for a total of 960 openings, supporting a mix of residential, common, and support spaces throughout the campus. Products were selected to balance durability, accessibility, and life-safety requirements while maintaining a warm, home-like aesthetic. Close collaboration with Chief Construction helped ensure door and hardware systems aligned with both the operational needs of a senior living environment and the project’s architectural intent.
