Columbus Fire Department
Midwest Door & Hardware supplied doors, frames, and hardware for the Columbus Fire Department Headquarters, a purpose-built facility designed to support emergency response operations, training, and community service in Columbus, Nebraska. Working in partnership with BD Construction, we provided a comprehensive package of hollow metal and wood door assemblies and hardware selected for durability, safety, and long-term performance in a demanding public-safety environment.
The facility includes a mix of operational, training, and support spaces, requiring careful coordination of door and hardware selections to meet life-safety codes while supporting reliable daily use. Through close collaboration with the project team, Midwest Door & Hardware delivered solutions aligned with the building’s functional requirements and overall construction goals.
