Grand Island Regional Medical Center

Midwest Door & Hardware provided doors, frames, and hardware for the construction of the Grand Island Regional Medical Center, a major regional healthcare facility serving central Nebraska. The project was delivered through a collaborative joint venture between Sampson Construction and Chief Construction, requiring close coordination across multiple teams and trades.

Our scope included the supply of more than 653 openings, encompassing hollow metal and wood door assemblies, specialty lead-lined doors and frames for diagnostic and treatment areas, and a comprehensive package of Sargent hardware. Products were selected to meet the stringent performance, durability, and code requirements typical of a modern healthcare environment. Through proactive coordination with both general contractors, the project progressed smoothly, reinforcing Midwest Door & Hardware’s ability to support complex, large-scale medical facilities with precision and reliability.
