Lambda Chi Alpha
Midwest Door & Hardware provided doors, frames, and hardware for the Lambda Chi Alpha chapter house, a ground-up construction project developed as part of the University of Nebraska’s Greek system. The project began in 2009 and was completed in 2011, delivering a facility designed to support residential living, chapter activities, and community engagement within a collegiate environment.
The building was designed by Clark Architects Collaborative and constructed by Kiewit, resulting in a structure that complements the surrounding campus and Lincoln’s architectural character. Our team supplied hollow metal and wood door assemblies along with hardware selected to balance durability, safety, and aesthetics in a high-use residential setting. Through coordination with the project team, Midwest Door & Hardware supported a facility that remains a strong example of thoughtfully designed collegiate architecture.
